You'll love this unique & romantic getaway in a one of a kind renovated grain bin. Enjoy the sounds of nature & views of the Mahoning River while sitting at the table on the covered patio or relaxing in the hot tub. Enjoy a fire in the smokeless Breeo fire pit on the lower patio, relax in the hammock, or cozy up inside in front of the electric fireplace. Kayaks & life jackets are available on site to travel the river for scenic & peaceful views.

Good to know

The grain bin offers a cozy & welcoming feel with an open kitchen & living area. The kitchen includes a Ninja Foodie Air Fry Oven, a fully stocked coffee bar, a toaster, crock pot, griddle, and a mini fridge. The living area provides a sofa, Smart TV, card games, and an electric fireplace. The bedroom features a Smart TV on the wall across from a full size floating bed that sleeps two. Lay in bed under an unique ceiling with dim lighting and a solar skylight. Access the bathroom from the shared bedroom and enjoy the huge walk-in, custom tiled shower.

The Mahoning River Lodge is located just minutes away from Lake Milton, OH where you can enjoy all Lake Milton has to offer! Swim at Craig's Beach, dine at one of the many local restaurants, enjoy a sunset over the dam at Halliday's Winery, sip a beer at the Lake Milton Brewery, or get ice cream at Kyp's or Udderly Sweet Treats. The marina is the perfect spot to have a picnic & relax by the water or head to the state park to play frisbee golf and/or take a hike. Check out the iconic gazebo where you can walk onto the pier & sit under the gazebo to truly enjoy the lake!

Guest Access

Guests will be able to access the shared sidewalk to the deck which leads to the shareable dock and the river. Each unit on the property will have access to the dock and kayaks. Life jackets are located in the storage container on the dock.

The uniqueness of staying in a grain bin did not disappoint. Neighboring unit was hosting a gathering; which seemed odd based upon rules. A few more bathroom towels would be nice.

Absolutely loved this getaway! Everything was clean and comfortable. The view from the hot tub was so beautiful and peaceful. The kayaks were easy to use and well organized. Definitely recommend for a weekend away!

The grain silo was absolutely amazing! The view was lovely and the hot tub was extremely relaxing and private. I wish the weather wasn't so wet so I could have enjoyed the hammock.

Amazing place and absolutely beautiful. The river view and space were unique, quality and beautiful . We grilled, watched movies, star gazed and enjoyed the hot tub while listening to the rolling river down below. We even played Bingo at the local dive down the road (Shilling’s Mills Tavern) and won! A really fun weekend - we want to return with friends renting the other special properties very soon in the summertime.

This is the perfect little get away and looks just like the pictures. The view of the river is beautiful and we had so much fun kayaking! Would definitely stay here again.

Definitely well worth it. It’s a nice little get away it’s got a really pretty view of the river. The nearby towns has really friendly people. The perfect time to be in the hot tub is when it’s raining cause you can hear the rain fall and hear nature sounds. The places have great off road parking. I liked how private it was also.

The silo is Absolutely perfect. Enjoyed our stay. Such a unique and romantic place to stay. We loved it so much and will definitely be back. The location is also perfect. Lake Milton is such a gem. The local food places were great. If you’re thinking about booking this do it!!! It’s so worth it and you won’t regret it
